Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any product operated by M/s AB Ventures — including typeit.in, chantflow.in, and twoofus.ai(collectively, “the Services”) — you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and M/s AB Ventures (“we,” “us,” or “AB Ventures”). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

AB Ventures operates self-serve digital products accessible via the web. Current products include:

• typeit.in — A developer-focused typing speed test platform using real code snippets in Python, JavaScript, R, and SQL.
• chantflow.in — A digital mantra counter designed for calm, focused daily practice.
• twoofus.ai — An AI-powered tool that transforms WhatsApp conversation exports into cinematic short films.

The Services are provided “as is.” Free tiers carry no guarantee of uptime, availability, or continued access. Paid plans include reasonable best-effort availability, but we do not offer guaranteed SLAs unless specified in a separate written agreement.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may not use the Services.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any product.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access, scrape, or collect data from the Services without express written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data connected to the Services.
• Upload or submit content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, or infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Services.
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without express written authorization from AB Ventures.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate termination of your access, without refund.

5. Payments and Refunds

Some Services or features require payment. All prices are listed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Dodo Payments). By completing a purchase, you also agree to the payment processor's terms of service.

All sales are final. No refunds are issued after access is granted, except where required under applicable Indian law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian legislation, contact us at hello@abventures.tech within 7 days of purchase with a description of the issue. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.

Recurring subscriptions (if applicable) may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a prorated refund of the current billing period, unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, trademarks, logos, and product features associated with AB Ventures and its products are the exclusive intellectual property of M/s AB Ventures, unless otherwise attributed.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose while these Terms remain in effect.

If you submit content to any of our products (e.g., uploading a chat export on twoofus.ai), you retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant AB Ventures a limited licence to process it solely to deliver the service you requested. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Services at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, M/s AB Ventures and its partners, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to AB Ventures in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹500 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred), whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M/s AB Ventures, its partners, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. If you have an account, you may delete it by contacting us at hello@abventures.tech.

Upon termination, Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 12 (Governing Law) survive.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with the revised “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email.

Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
