Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to all digital products operated by M/s AB Ventures — including typeit.in, chantflow.in, and twoofus.ai— collectively referred to as “our products” or “the services.”

We believe privacy is a default, not a feature. We collect the minimum data technically necessary to run the service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Ever.

What Data We Collect

We only collect data that is strictly necessary for the service to function. Depending on which product you use, this may include:

• Account data — your email address, if you create an account. Used only for authentication and transactional communication.
• Usage data — basic technical information such as session duration, feature interactions, and error logs. This is non-identifying and used solely to improve product reliability.
• Payment data — if you purchase a paid plan, billing is handled entirely by our third-party payment processors (such as Dodo Payments). AB Ventures does not store your card number, bank details, or any payment instrument data. We only receive a transaction status (success/failure) and a transaction ID.
• User-provided content — for products like twoofus.ai, you may upload content (e.g., exported chat files) to generate a creative output. This content is processed transiently and is not retained beyond the session unless explicitly required to deliver the service.

We do not collect your name, phone number, date of birth, or any government-issued identity information unless specifically required and disclosed at the point of collection.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
• We do not run behavioral advertising or build profiles for ad targeting.
• We do not use third-party trackers, pixel tags, or cross-site tracking scripts on our products.

Analytics

Where analytics are used, we use privacy-respecting tools that do not fingerprint users, do not set persistent tracking cookies, and do not share data with advertising networks. Aggregate, anonymized data (e.g., page view counts) may be used to understand general usage patterns.

Cookies

We use cookies minimally — only for session management (authentication) and basic product functionality. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies (if any) are used only to keep you logged in between sessions.

You can clear cookies at any time via your browser settings. Doing so will log you out of any active session.

Third-Party Services

Our products may rely on third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors, AI model APIs). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and, where applicable, data processing agreements with us. We choose providers who maintain reasonable data security standards.

We do not pass your personal data to third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the service you have requested.

Data Security

We apply standard industry security practices — HTTPS, encrypted storage, access controls — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach that affects your data, we will notify you as required under applicable law.

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or financial compliance.

Your Rights (Under India's DPDP Act, 2023)

As a user in India, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — request a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to correction — request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected.
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Right to grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us; we will respond within a reasonable time.
• Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
• Right to nominate — nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.

Children's Privacy

Our products are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email. Continued use of our products after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
